Is texting customers legal?
Yes when it's done right. We only text people who reached out to you or gave you their number for a quote. Every number gets registered with the carriers. Every message has a way to opt out and we honor STOP right away. We're not lawyers so if you have a specific situation run it by yours.
Do I need new software?
No. Keep your phone and keep how you schedule. We set up a text number for your business and connect it to your web forms. You get a simple portal you can check and reply from on your phone.
What do you need from me?
A 30-minute kickoff call. Access to your web forms or lead sources. A list of past quotes if you want reactivation. Your Google review link. Then about 10 minutes to approve the text wording.
Is there a contract?
No long one. Setup is paid once up front. After that it's month to month. If it's not worth it to you, cancel.
What if it doesn't work?
You'll know fast because the report shows every lead and every reply. If the numbers aren't there we'll tell you straight and fix what we can. If it still isn't worth it you cancel. No contract to get out of.
